– Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and accessories.  

– Non-returnable items include those with wear, missing tags, or paid with cryptocurrency.  

– Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Gift recipients receive store credit.  

– Exchanges are allowed for incorrect, damaged, or unsealed items.  

– Customers cover return shipping costs; original shipping is non-refundable. A $15 service fee may apply for non-quality-related refunds.  

– Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for refund or replacement eligibility.

**2. Digital Products and Memberships**  

All digital products and memberships are non-refundable due to their nature.

**3. Subscriptions**  

– Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing period ends.  

– Cancel via your account or by contacting [support email]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period; no partial refunds are issued.  

– We may cancel subscriptions with notice and refund undelivered products.

**4. Shipping**  

– Orders ship within 1 business week (EU) or 2 business week (international). We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses.
